The short answer: every TruReport has 11 categories (overview, value, monthly cost, schools, safety, comps, flood, storms, soil, walk/transit, owner-of-record). Each category has a contract that says exactly what counts as verified data and rejects placeholders. Sources are public records: Census ACS, FBI UCR, Texas Education Agency, HUD FMR, FEMA NFHL, NOAA, and county appraisal districts.
