Choose a plan. Basic ($9.99/mo), Realtor ($175/mo), or TruReport ($299/mo). You can change tiers anytime.

You can also browse as a guest. Anonymous visitors get 3 property searches per IP per day, no signup required.

Step 2: Run your first search

From the top nav, click Search.
Type a DFW street address, like 1234 Main St, Plano, TX, and press enter.
You will land on the property report page in about 5 seconds.

We support all of Dallas-Fort Worth (13 counties, 200+ cities). If you search outside DFW, we will tell you, not return junk data.

Step 3: Read the report

Every property report has 11 verified categories. Skim from top to bottom:

Overview: address, photo, owner of record, last sale price, year built, lot size.
Estimated value: a price range with confidence level. Higher tiers see more sources.
True monthly cost: principal + interest, taxes, insurance, HOA, utilities baseline.
Neighborhood: school ratings, crime trend, walk score, transit access.
Risks: flood zone, storm history, foundation soil class, distance to known scam clusters.
Comparable sales: 3 to 5 nearby recent sales with verified sale prices.
