Third-party property data, public-record data, listing content, logos, and other outside materials remain subject to the rights and terms of their respective owners and licensors.

Prohibited Uses
The following activities are expressly prohibited without prior written consent from Goals and Gambles LLC:
- Automated scraping, crawling, or data extraction of any kind
- Reproduction, republication, or redistribution of our original protected research content
- Using our content to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models
- Copying our curated proprietary content for use on competing platforms
- Creating derivative works based on our proprietary analysis
- Screen scraping or programmatic access outside of authorized API use
DMCA Takedown Procedure
If you believe that content hosted on RemotePropView infringes your copyright, or if you have discovered our copyrighted content being used without authorization on another platform, please send a DMCA notice to our designated agent:
Your DMCA notice must include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including its URL
- Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, email)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
- Your physical or electronic signature
Counter-Notification
If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to our DMCA agent at the address above. Your counter-notification must include:
- Identification of the material that was removed
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed in error
- Your name, address, and telephone number
- Consent to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district
- Your physical or electronic signature
Content Fingerprinting
Certain proprietary insight or research content may include invisible identifiers, access logs, or similar protective measures. We may use those controls to investigate unauthorized republication, account abuse, or misuse of protected content.
AI Training Prohibition
RemotePropView expressly prohibits the use of its content for training artificial intelligence or machine learning models. This prohibition is enforced through:
- robots.txt directives blocking AI training crawlers
- HTTP headers (X-Robots-Tag: noai, noimageai)
- Meta tags prohibiting AI content use
- Server-side detection and blocking of known AI training bots
Circumventing these measures may violate our Terms, applicable intellectual-property law, anti-circumvention rules, contract restrictions, or other applicable law depending on the facts.
