How to Export Zillow Listings to CSV

Zillow doesn't offer a native CSV export. If you're an investor tracking 20+ properties or a realtor building a comp sheet, copying data one listing at a time is painful. Here's how to get Zillow data into a spreadsheet.

Method 1: Browser Extension (Fastest)

Several Chrome extensions can scrape visible Zillow search results into a CSV:

  • Instant Data Scraper (free) - works on Zillow search result pages; exports address, price, beds, baths, sqft
  • Webscraper.io (freemium) - more configurable; can follow pagination for 100+ listings
  • Note: Zillow may flag/block aggressive scraping. Keep to under 200 listings per session.

Method 2: Realtor.com as a Workaround

Realtor.com's "Save and Share" feature lets you email yourself a list of saved properties with structured data. Not a true CSV, but copy-pasteable into Google Sheets.

Method 3: API-Based Tools for Investors

If you need ongoing DFW property data exports, tools like TruReport pull from multiple commercial real-estate data partners and public-record sources (Census, county appraisal) - giving you structured data (price, tax history, school ratings, crime, HOA) exportable as PDF reports per property.
