The giant: The Village Dallas
Nothing else in the metroplex is close:
- ✓The Village Dallas is a master community of 7,253 apartments across 18 neighborhoods near downtown (75206) - by far the largest in DFW.
- ✓It is effectively a small city, with its own gyms, restaurants, and social scene - a magnet for young professionals.
The other large communities
After The Village, the biggest are large garden-style communities and converted landmarks:
- ✓Village Bend & Bend East (Dallas) ~1,064 units; Cortland MacArthur / Aleo at North Glen (Irving) 590; Oak Row North Dallas 582; Marquis on Gaston (Dallas) 478; Estates on Frankford (Far North Dallas) 467.
